Florida Red Tide Updates – No Red Tide in Cedar Key, FL

Karenia brevis, the Florida red tide organism, was detected in background to very low concentrations in two samples collected this week alongshore of Sarasota County.

Additional samples collected this week throughout Florida did not contain red tide.
